isis leads production at pgm, coordinating and line producing across the slate through saltlight pictures, her own company and a producing partner of ours. a south carolina–born, atlanta-based producer and director often called a "production swiss army knife," she has contributed to features for bet and lifetime and produced campaigns for mcdonald's, doordash, and dove — work that's reached over 25 million views. she develops and directs her own projects alongside pgm's.
onyou leads development at pgm and is half its creative force. he fell in love with celluloid shooting super 16mm and spent years across independent productions and documentaries in every department, from camera to sound. a first-generation korean-american with a bfa in english and film theory from the college of william and mary, he served as film library coordinator at the national geographic society. when injuries pulled him away from camera work, he spent over a decade as a high school counselor, finding that same love of narrative and human truth in the classroom. he writes and directs his own work; jubilee will be his debut feature.

ryan leads creative at pgm, building the slate alongside onyou. a filmmaker, screenwriter, and producer from alexandria, virginia, he writes, shoots, edits, and colors much of his own work, and has directed campaigns for nike, red bull, google, and adidas. his films have screened at the oscar-qualifying austin and bronzelens film festivals and the bafta-qualifying aesthetica, and his screenplays have won the golden script competition and the new york international screenplay awards. his short uija was selected by sofia coppola for a $10,000 award at decentralized pictures, financing the first snow, which he co-directs with onyou. he is developing the features metrom and loverboy.

téa has been with pgm since its inception, running business and legal affairs and keeping everything behind the work in order. her interests span law, politics, philosophy, and storytelling — driven by a desire to understand people and ideas, and to explore how stories shape the way we see the world. filmmaking has become another lens for that exploration, running parallel to her path toward the law.
